The sports complex consists of : stadium tribunes for 18000 people, roof-grandstands, 2 grassed terrains with automatic watering systems, wholly equipped playground provided with night lights, tartan speedways, color screen Philips 38 m2, Medical center, Clinical lab, Water healing facilities, car park, sound systems DAS and DYNACORD, video-watch system.
The different phases of construction have been finalized at different times and after their completion, there have been summoned eight different state acceptance inspections. As a result – eight Act protocols 16 have been issued, with dates: 09.12.1994, 05.04.1995, 22.09.1995, 28.09.1995, 18.11.1996, 20.03.1997, 05.08.1997, 20.05.2004; and afterwards, eights Permissions for use followed them: №191/11.12.1994, №38/10.04.1995, №167/05.10.1995, №168/05.10.1995, №132/18.11.1996, №50/24.03.1997, №214/05.08.1997, №78/04.06.2004
