| The complex is an exceptional challenge from construction and technical point of view. It is situated on the north natural sand embankment between the sea and the Pomorie lake, only 1.5 meters above the sea level, on silt mantle 24 m. thick. The building was built over 1200 hanging in the silt vertical 12m.-long foundation poles. |

In the process of construction many contracts for supplies of materials and equipment have been signed with companies which offer innovative technologies. The construction management was realized trough organization of procedures for finding the best contractors. As a result, 87 sub-contracts were signed and duly executed. |
