This construction challenge was built on the coast line of Pomorie. The foundations were laid 5.5m. under the sea level. Thus, almost the whole underground floor is under the sea level. For 4 months of the construction period 3 sets of needle-filtering installations have been working continuously to keep the level of the underground sea waters low.

The construction management and the investors control were realized by checking and signing of over 325 Act protocols 19 for completed construction works.
